FAQs

What kinds of coffee beans are used in Coffee Juice™?

Coffee Juice uses a proprietary blend of Fair Trade-certified specialty grade coffee beans sourced from coffee bean plantations located in Central America, Indonesia, and Africa.

What types of natural flavors are used in Coffee Juice™?

All Coffee Juice flavorings are derived from natural ingredients, and are Non-GMO-certified and Whole Foods Market compliant.

Is Coffee Juice non-GMO certified?

All Coffee Juice™ flavors are NON GMO PROJECT Verified.

Why is there sediment in my bottle of Coffee Juice™?

Like a good glass of wine, sediment is natural and completely safe -- created from the goodness of juiced whole blueberries and brewed cold coffee beans.

How much caffeine is in a 16 oz bottle of Coffee Juice™?

A 16 oz bottle of Coffee Juice™ contains approximately 40mg of caffeine or the equivalent of one shot of espresso.

How much sugar is in Coffee Juice™?

At 19 grams per 8 oz serving, Coffee Juice™ actually has 5 grams less than an 8 oz serving of orange juice and an Arizona Lemon Iced Tea, and 7 grams less than a serving of apple juice, Red Bull or Coca-Cola -- so it's not as much as you might think.

What is the source of Coffee Juice™ cane sugar?

Sugarcane is one of the several species of tall perennial true grasses native to the warm climates. Sugarcane is juiced, squeezed, and heated to produce pure cane sugar -- the same stuff used to sweeten Coffee Juice™.

Is Coffee Juice™ planning to introduce a low-calorie recipe?

We're planning to release a menu of Coffee Juice flavors that have only 25 calories per serving -- formulated with a blend of cane sure and all natural Stevia. We've market research tested these flavors, and people love them just as much as our naturally sweetened Coffee Juice™.

Are there any health benefits to Coffee Juice™?

All natural, non-carbonated, non-dairy, non-GMO Coffee Juice™ contains Organic and Fair-Trade-certified coffee beans and blueberries -- ingredients that are high in antioxidants. Chicory contains inulin, a powerful probiotic. There have been numerous studies citing the benefits of drinking coffee. Brewed cold coffee also eliminates a majority of acids and oils that are found in coffee brewed with hot water.

Is Coffee Juice a sustainable product?

We live in a world where populations are growing, natural resources are stressed, and our food supply is driven by processed yuck. We’ve done our best to develop and produce an all-natural, non-carbonated, non-dairy, non-GMO, eco-friendly, sustainable product that includes Organic and Fair-Trade coffee beans, juiced whole blueberries, and filtered water, packaged in recyclable glass bottles.

Do I need to refrigerate my bottle of Coffee Juice?

Coffee Juice™ is shelf stable and need not be refrigerated until opened. However, it tastes ridiculously delicious when served iced cold.

What is the shelf life of a bottle of Coffee Juice?

Coffee Juice™  has a shelf life of 12 months unopened, and three weeks when opened and refrigerated.

My Coffee Juice cap’s center is not sucked in and didn’t pop when opened.

Please pour out the contents of your Coffee Juice™ (looks like someone has opened your bottle of Coffee Juice™), and return to your retailer for a full refund.
